Can't redeem $50 prepaid gift card for new fios signup

Every time I click the link at myVerizon homepage stating "In order to receive your reward, you must register within 60 days of your Fios installation. Please take a few moments and do so today" it opens up the following link (https://vzrewards.verizon.com/). I've tried multiple times this past week and the link is always dead. I need help actually redeeming this reward.
