Can't redeem the gift card or Echo dot

I am eligible for my $150 gift card and Echo Dot and I have tried a handful times on my computer and my phone via the my fios app, all attempts at redeeming the gift card and the echo dot are not successful. Either an error message appears or the page never loads. I also see that there are a large amount of posts where people are having the same issue. I would like assistance with this as there is also a message on my account that says if I don't redeem it within 60 days, it will expire.
