Can't register for the visa prepaid gift card

I recently signed up for FIOS and I'd like to register for my prepaid Visa gift card. I've been trying to visit the rewards site for several days now (https://vzrewards.verizon.com), but it has been down every time.

Please help me register for the gift card that was promised when I signed up.
