Like so many other posts in this forum, I haven't been able to do any sort of upgrade/account services on line for the past 2 years.
I was able to upgrade my internet speed to 50/25 via the TV channel just fine. However, now that I try to upgrade the new offer 75/35 online I get the usual :
We are experiencing a temporary problem and can't continue your order at this time.
Please try again later.
I'd appreciate some help in solving this issue. Thanks
