From what I'm being told by the card issuer, it's because it's being charged as recurring payment by Verizon which makes no sense as I literally just used the same card days ago and it somehow went through fine. Now Ive been trying to clear the balance of the card and my bill and it won't go through. The card issuer tells me Verizon has to fix the problem and Verizon tells me I have to contact the card issuer...Basically I'm getting the run around. I have always used these cards my husband gets through work and never had this issue until recently.
