Cannot Redeem $250 VISA Prepaid Card

Hello! I received an email telling me how to redeem the $250 VISA prepaid card Verizon promised me when I signed up for Verizon FIOS services.  However, when I follow the link,  no banner is provided when I click the redeem button and I have tried several times.  Please help. Thank you.
