I was able to redeem my Amazon prime subscription without a problem. But when I added the Amazon echo to my cart and proceeded to check out, there was no credit for the purchase as promised.
The chat representative I corresponded with gave me the phone number for the rewards department. The lady I spoke to in the rewards apartment said a lot of people were having this issue and said I needed to be transferred. I was transferred to a gift card support line. The lady then transferred me again and told me to ask for a team leader or supervisor. This person was a supervisor and said she would have to send this on as a written request with no way for me to contact or track the solution.
I have heard nothing back and Amazon charges me $90 for an Echo. This is the last place I know to go to for help. What can be done???
