I, like many many others, appear unable to redeem the gift cards that Verizon offered me when I signed up for Fios. I received an email on April 21 inviting me to redeem the two $100 gift cards, but when I click on the "Redeem Now" button, it just opens a new window that doesn't load. I've tried multiple times over the last few weeks and it never works. I then chatted with support and they just gave me a number to call during weekday working hours.
Honestly, this feels like a bit of runaround to make some people just not redeem the offer before it expires. Clearly this is happening to a ton of people based on the posts on this forum and Verizon needs to figure out a solution.
