I received an email saying it was time to redeem my $200 prepaid Visa card offer, but there is no icon to click on to redeem it. Customer service could not help me and the email says that it has to be redeemed by 4/11/2020. I would not have upgraded my service if it were not being promised this $200 prepaid visa card and I have a copy of the chat with the agent and emails assuring me that I will receive it.
I should've known it was a scam. Shame on you Verizon - especially now when people are losing their jobs and DYING due to COVID-19. If I don't get my card I will be reporting you to the NY Attorney General's Office and based on all of the posts I see on this forum from people having the same issue, I'm pretty sure the AG's office will take notice.
