I am eligible for a $100 visa card. I got an email to redeem it, but all links lead to my dashboard--there is no option to actually redeem the card. Trying to redeem in app does the same thing. At one point, trying to redeem in app led me to a portal, but the only redeemable reward was a $50 card. It appears many other users have had the same issue.
You can contact Verizon first, but it may do no good.
contact your states attorney general’s office who govern such “practices” by Verizon and others.
