I have been trying for 3 straight weeks to make changes to my VZ Fios account online. The screen churns for about 5 minutes trying to find my account information and then it says, "We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for the inconvenience." This doesn't work on the app either. Same issue.
How does this get fixed?
