Having trouble using chat live. The screen will appear to chat but can't enter any info!! Also having trouble viewing and paying my bill online. I have called 3 times about this!!!
For both issues, clear your cache, and if that does not work, please try a different browser.
i bet during your 3 calls , they had you clear your cache and try a different browser. i wish i had an answer for you about chat not working...is it possible that the very bottom section of the chat window, where you enter text, is below the viewing area on your screen? i mean getting cut off like the chat window height is more than your screen height, i have been unable to view bill since mid october, many calls, many chats, several "tickets" that were closed w/out resolution, and escalation to the "web development team" which so far has not yielded any results. so i hope your problem is easily correctable on their end and is resolved quickly. Can you tell me , when you sign in to "my verizon" does it still say "hi xxxx" (replace xxxx with your "greeting name") at top of screen? And do you still see your account number and customer i.d. at bottom of left column? curious because mine just says "hi" at top and acct/id fields are blank here, when i can even get to that page......thanks and good luck
also, is this in the right category? wouldn't it be better served in the "my verizon account (residential) area? does your email work ok?

I cannot even get Live Chat !!!!!!!
There are errors on verizon.com/myprofile, i.e. they have wrong e mail account (non Verizon) and wrong Mobile Phone # I DO NOT HAVE A MOBILE PHONE.
You can change those items yourself?
At least the mobile number.
When you log in, does it show correct account info otherwise (ie right service location, billing etc)?
