HEY!  Your live chat is not working. Despite following all the rules about what characters are not allowed (which is a very primative notion.  Why can't you accept a question mark.) in your comment box, all messages are rejected.  Even a one-word message can't be submitted.  Your tech dept needs to fix this right away.

I would empty your cache and cookies and try again. You might also try another browser and see if there is a difference.
