I have not had internet service since Sunday. Verizon has yet to reach out to me to tell me why. Everytime I call I am told there is an outage and there is no more information available. There are two times I am given as to when they expect servcie to be back upand running either 1:30 am or pm or 7:30 am or pm. And it is still not on. This outage is crazy enough but no communication on the part of Verizon with updates to those affected is ridiculous. Has anyone else been affected or knows of anyone affected?
