Has anyone managed to find a direct contact address, phone number or email to file Verizon complaints? They certainly hide it well if a complaint department actually exists!

Agreed.  Unable to file a claim about property damage from a truck tearing up our lawn.  Online services are useless, customer service had me transferred to other departments, which had me transferred back to customer service.  No one who works for them seems to know either.
