Complaint bad customer service!!!!

New customer transfer around 2 hours and still no service now call back tomorrow really??!
What a joke you have people no good working their transfer around 2 hours my phone about to die due to all hold and transfer no manager cannot believe this company. Today I was to have phone Internet service ready nothing then on top think we should be happy and patient with this horrendous service tomorrow don't get this solve want this service cancel simple cant help cancel all this!!!! What a fraud!! Where are manager do they exist??? Why bother recorded calls reps hang up on you or transfer around shame on this company so up set have all bad things to say have not even gotten started all drama!!!
