We have been trying to activate our phones for 3 days. The agent that helped us did not have us set up an activation pin, we also told her I would be trading in a phone and we did not receive anything to send the phone as a trade in. In the past three days I think we've on the phone with Verizon for 10 hours. We're switching from at&t and I'm actually considering going back. It seems that the agent that helped us with the purchase didn't know what they were doing and nobody can tell us why our phones won't activate. Telling a customer "I don't know" and having costumers jump from agent to agent is extremely unprofessional. The agents are also frustrated that I have this issue!? I'm frustrated because it seems that they can't do their job.
