Ordered service upgrade on November  4th. Couldn’t schedule service until the 17th. Wait around for this service appointment and they never showed or called. I called and they said they would come the next day, and the pulled a no-show again. Spent an hour on the phone with customer service trying to get it rescheduled, and they wanted me to wait another week. Got fed up at the hour mark and think I’m going to switch to Altice. Customer service is horrific!
