Customer Service Complaints

I have been trying, (unsuccessfully), to send an email complaining about Verizon Customer Service for a couple of weeks now. The funny thing is that I worked as a Verizon Customer Service Rep up until that time... Having read these forums, and having been on the other end of the phone, I have a very good idea where the disconnects are, and would like to provide some ideas. I walked out of my job, because I was ashamed of how poorly my center treated the customers. I'm sure this is not something Verizon wants to continue. Feel free to contact me at anytime. Thanks!

It seems the customer service reps are aware that there are no recourse for their actions.  After being frustrated for lack of information on their website, I decided to try the chat option.  I didn't want to be sold, I just needed info.  Not only was I quoted 2 different prices for the same service, I was directed to a "send email" option for my complaints...  There isn't a send email option.  Great job Jean and Johnnita, way to hide behind a chat service.  I'm sure you'll take this post as a compliment too.
