I am a patient individual but totally fustrated at the fact that I cannot speak to live representative. I waited 24 minutes with nothing. Then called in new customer line and they picked up within 30 seconds and I am talking to a live representative. Verizon is shameless in how it treats it customers no wonder they push the 2 year contract. Shameless.
Are you talking about after a transfer from the original number (1-800-VERIZON). I have never waited more than 30 seconds for the initial pickup, and only once for more than a few minutes for a live person. Transfers sometimes are done to areas that are not manned 24-7, which leaves you with no one answering.
