Maybe this forum will be helpful. I have tried numerous times to call someone at Verizon about two poles that are fiber optic poles that show a line is burried. One of the poles has wires exposed. I would assume if the fiber was donw someone would have already been out.
Secondly they have two green phone boxes on our property that are both damaged and have wire exposed. They should be fixed as well. We are not Verizon customers so getting to someone live and finding out what can be done is nearly impossible. Any suggestions ??
