We have been getting the run-around from Verizon for MONTHS!! I tried chat, calling and waiting on hold for sometimes upwards of 3 hours each time only to be transferred and then immediately hung up on.
We have been loyal Verizon customers for years! Ok here is the issue. We have a green Verizon utility box (cap or pole) in our yard that is completely destroyed. We tried for years propping it up with a stick, stakes, zip ties around a garden stake, rebar, etc.. and now its in tatters. Our internet is not impacted but I fear that while mowing the lawn someone will accidentally sever the connection that feeds the entire block.
At my wits end. I reached out to the city and they were not help. Its raining and flooding and water is getting into this thing and I need someone to address it. Any advice is appreciated. Very VERY frustrated!!
