You will have to call 1 800-verizon and schedule someone to come out to take a look.

There should be a metal plate on the pole saying who owns it.

Could be the local electric company.

Plus the plate will have a number that can help identify the exact pole.

Did it just start leaning? Or has it been leaning for a while?
