Dangerous Verizon utility box

There is a very dangerous Verizon utility box in my backyard.
It has broken off from the wall were it was attached, and is hanging over my back door. It is a box for conventional copper phone lines for an apartment complex.
The lid has also come off the box and it looks like it may collapse at anytime. All the wires are exposed and hanging down.
