My boyfriend and I live in a home in Centreville and verizon has never returned to bury cable lines (it’s been over 6 months) AND we have a common Verizon
underground box in my yard that is not level at grade , damaged, unsightly and dangerous in some areas. I have tripped and fallen and hurt myself before
Who can we speak with about getting this situation corrected? Please contact me as I have multiple Verizon accounts
