Did not recieve link or a code to redeem Amazon Prime offer

I followed link in email and opened up My Verizon to find Amazon link. The only link there was the one for the Echo. I followed it and it worked fine and got my Echo in 2 days! Unfortunately there is no link for Amazon Prime. I did live chat for an hour and they couldn't figure it out. They told me to wait a day and maybe link will appear in new email. 2 days later not email or link. Can somebody help with this?
