Disney+ Free Promo not given

I got new fios internet through Verizon on 5/6/20. The free Disney+promo was part of the sign-up on their site when I ordered service. I never got an email to start my promo and now customer service is telling me it was NOT an offer at the time I signed up! Multiple articles online confirm the offer ran from Nov to June 1 2020. And it was 100% there online when I ordered this service, I read the info over multiple times! The exact same promo that is up now. Can someone please help me get the service I ordered or credit my account for the savings I was supposed to get for my free Disney+?
