Down wires

Please help....I have been on hold with customer support for 2 hours to report down cable wires.  These wires have to be put back up before the tree service will remove the trees that fell on my house on Friday.  Oddly enough I still have service, the cables are just down.  Any suggestions you have to remedy this quickly.  Thanks

If they are a threat to life or property call your local police department and have them contact the proper place.
