trying to report a downed line at my house on hold for 2 hrs??? help verizon, you turned off your chat feature so I can't contact you guys that way..dialed in at 830am now its 10:05am

It's been 5 hours and 18 minutes for me. I can't even hang up at this point. I reported it to the link listed above, would that be sufficient enough?

It might, but it kept showing me New Jersey. Strange since when I first found it there was no singular state. Strange.
