The original line was buried about 2 inches deep. Incredible. Cut during routine yardwork. The Verizon rep. on the phone and the repair guy who installed the temporary line all said I would not be charged. Posts in this forum say different. I do not want Verizon to make any permanent repairs until I get an answer about any costs that will be charged to me. Anyone have experience with this.
