Told I get a $10 discount per month because I work for the federal govt. Sent a link which refers me to my connections which states that I have to call the business office. When I do, they know nothing about how to do this. Went to a store who called on an internal number. They know nothing. PROMISED they would get back to me. No return call. Tried chat. They know nothing about this. I was even referred to a phone number which turns out to be the phone number for Verizon's employees insurance company. Made multiple calls to every number listed on the bill. Have done this since the day I signed up. Multiple phone calls. Now my bill is past due and I'm being charged a $5 late fee. I'M NOT PAYING THE BILL TILL THIS IS STRAIGHTENED OUT!
