Does anybody have a number for the escalated line? I have spent hours trying to resolve a promotional offer issue and been lied to, clearly just to get me off the phone. What the representative tells me is not what they are typing in their notes.. I've made 6 calls and been transferred everywhere. The last straw was a 45 minute call , which made me 30 minutes late for work. I was transferred several times and was told "if the notes matched what I was saying I was told, they could help me. So I asked and was told "all calls are recorded" I then asked to be transferred to the escalated line to find out who could access those recordings. I was then put on hold yet again. The rep then told me I would be transferred to the Massachusetts line for escalated issue . I was transferred to Verizon WIRELESS. Seriously, I work for a big corporation in customer service and this is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Any contact info would be greatly appreciated.
