Everytime I transfer my services like if I move (I have had verizon for years) it takes so much to get my internet up and running. For example thus last time it took 20 days, 19 phone calls to customer service that totaled 27 hours, 9 orders, 2 tickets with It , 2 service calls to my house to get my internet on. The customer service sucks I had one woman who actually gave a **bleep** and worked on the issue for me.
What was the issue that caused the delay?
