Your spam filter is terrible.

this message ended up in the Spam folder and as such could net be seem by my oulook express. i have to keep logging in the

verizon email website manually to see messages that are considered spam.

and its not that these are email users that send out 4000 emails.

tell me why this was blocked  and dumped in spam fiolder. this was incoming

and fowarded to me by someone else, and i dont have that person blocked in verizn or their ISP ::

It would have been blocked because it "looked" like spam to the filters. No one here will be able to tell you exactly what caused it to be blocked.

You have several options if legitimate mail is getting sent to the Spam folder:

- Use the "Not Spam" button.

- Add the sender and/or domain to your Safe List.

- Forward the message to spamdetector.update@verizon.net so it can be reviewed.
- Turn off the Spam Detector via the My Account page (I would only recommend this as a last resort.)

If you have any questions or need help finding any of those options, let me know. Hope this helps!
