Members are not able to post images until they have posted on a regular basis.
It would have been blocked because it "looked" like spam to the filters. No one here will be able to tell you exactly what caused it to be blocked.
You have several options if legitimate mail is getting sent to the Spam folder:
- Use the "Not Spam" button.
- Add the sender and/or domain to your Safe List.
- Forward the message to spamdetector.update@verizon.net so it can be reviewed.
- Turn off the Spam Detector via the My Account page (I would only recommend this as a last resort.)
If you have any questions or need help finding any of those options, let me know. Hope this helps!
