Filing a Complaint

I have never been so disgusted with a service provider.  I have placed numerous of complaints regarding my installation and yet no one has replied.  A technician came in to install my parents cable.  To find that person did a terrible job.  My parents not only have a whole on the wall but wires handing all over there television and their router is on tip of their ceiling upside down.
