Filing a claim against Verizon for damage on my property power line

How do I file a claim to reimburse me for electrical repair work caused by Verizon's fiber installation?  The underground power line to my house was damaged by crew installing fibers for Verizon.  I need to file a claim for reimbursement for expenses paid to the electrician and electrical inspection.  This has been a common problem in my neighborhood.

Have you tried calling 1800 Verizon or hitting them up on twitter @verizonsupport?
