After wanting fios for over 8 years and getting it for the last 3 months or so ive had nothing but problems..from being told by the saler i would get what i already had with comcast but for a way less cheaper price.....to installers coming to the residence leaveing holes in the walls with wires hanging in alley way to wires left open jumping from another neighbors cable box..to now being told i owe a past due balance that was told to me it would be credited ....and paying my bill the fios app states every month...i just dont understand why
Would a corporation of this magnitude think you would pay a cable bill higher then the one you already was paying with the same service..i see now they take advantage of the check to check living people..and i need answers because im locked into a contract.......help.....{edited for privacy}
