Found Unused Rewards Card

Now that I remember I still have a card they never honored. I just found it and I would like my reward. What will Verizon do for cards never honored?

I don’t understand the “cards never honored “ you mean it could not be activated?

it would not work with Fios (as to pay your bill)

Or was it non functional at the wireless store?

Please give more information.
