Frustrating automated message

I had recently change my password to my account and Verizon has been harassing me with their automated message telling me a change has been made to the account. One call would have been suffice, but a call every 15-30 minutes is excessive for the past 2 days.

Is there anyway for this to stop? This is getting ridiculous and annoying.
