Getting Netflix activated

Hi! I recently signed up for FIOS. Part of the deal was  1 year of Netflix for free. I have tried to sign in to have my Netflix acct linked/billed to VZ however I have not had any luck. I rec'd the email saying that the offer expires soon and click on the link. It then has me log into VZ. After I do that there is nothing related to the offer. Am I missing something?
