Getting the run around trying to redeem Amazon Echo

Does anyone have a solution to this issue?  I am not getting a credit when I try to redeem my free Amazon Echo.  I talked to several Fios reps over the last 45 days with the last one telling me that it’s a known problem it would be resolved and to just keep trying it once in a while.  Well I’m tired of getting the run around does anyone have a solution that they can share, any help would be appreciated.
