I find it unbelievable that Verizon FIOS would promise a $100 gift card to someone for installing FIOS at their home and then NOT sending the gift card! Two months after installing FIOS on March 17th I received an email telling me to click on the link to receive my rewards ($100 and $50). I did so, but never received anything. Now, when I go back to that page, I get a spinning pinwheel telling me that they are processing the rewards... BUT, the rewards needed to be redeemed by August 19, and now it is September 3. It is simply impossible to reach anyone who can help me! I've just spent more than an hour being bounced from person to person who cannot figure this out! At this point, it is not even worth my time and effort to get this resolved. I am just annoyed, and yes, disenchanted. I thought that Verizon's Customer Service might know what they are doing, but they are as bad (if not worse) as everyone else. Also, why can't I get through to FIOS? Every time I reach out, EVERY number brings me to Verizon Wireless where nobody can help me, and then they have to transfer me to a FIOS rep. It's simply unbelievable! How can you promote FIOS with a $100 promise, and then not deliver???????? Signed..... Unhappy Customer!
