Gift card redemption link not working

Last week I got an email saying I could redeem the $50 gift card that came with my Fios installation after 65 days. The link given just brought me back to my home Verizon page with no clear next step or even mention of redeeming the gift card. I chatted with a Verizon agent for at least an hour who said they created a ticket for my issue and that I would get an email in 3-5 days to redeem my offer. Going on 6 days later and I've heard nothing from them. I just want the gift card I was promised as part of the promotion deal I signed up for. Very very frustrated with this entire situation.
