Giving Feedback

It has taken me 20 min to find a way to give positive feedback for a technician.  There really needs to be an easier way.  I called erizon on behalf on my elderly mother who was having problems with her land line phone.  Steve from the Province RI office was SUPER helpful and understanding while dealing with my mother.  He was very patient, and helped solve the problem.  Kudos to Steve!

Last time Verizon was at my house the next day I received a survey call. Not sure if it was just random or they do it for everyone.
