Recently, Verizon completely destroyed the ONE Bill experience and now I have to go to the separate wireless site to get my wireless details instead of getting it from My Verizon 2.0...
From the Verizon Wireless website, when I try to go to the Verizon Wireles Forums, it requires me to register (even though it says you don't have to). Then, when I try to register to access the Verizon Wireless Forum, it will not let me use the same username/e-mail for the Verizon Wireless Comunity that I have setup for my Community login under My Verizon 2.0.
These two sites are frustrating enough in their seperate and distinct mentalities... Now, some genius decided the Verizon Wireless Forum registration should validate forum login profile registration against the My Verizon 2.0 Community login... Perhaps if I could get to a Verizon Wireless Community login, the same login would work, but the navigation under Verizon Wirelss forces me to register to get to the Wireless Communtiy. I assume this is because I have to use a different account to get into Wireless vs. My Verizon 2.0. I thought we got past all that and got to a single sign on? What an integrated mess!!!!!!!
Have you tried clearing all cookies and perhaps even history in your browser before trying to log into the wireless forum? Then try to log onto the wireless forum with a community only userID? That is the only way I can log into here when I normally log into the wireless forum.
