I will complain when it is earned -but give praise when it is due. For some reason - got the red globe of death on the fios router. could not fix it for the life of me. calling the 800 verizon number put me immediately on hold for over 1 hour. Somehow I was able to connect to my phone as a hotspot - and - using the ipad and the chat - Siddharth was able to resolve the problem remotely! Very quickly, efficiently, and courteously.  I had so much anxiety about this as my son has autism and would throw a violent tantrum without his youtube - so i had to get it resolved immediately - and Siddharth came through! Well done! And to all a good night!
