Hi. I live in NJ. I am not a Verizon customer. There is a Verizon in ground utility box located in my front lawns. Because of the recent storms (Ida), the box cover has disappeared (likely floated away). I called Verizon and a ticket was supposedly created. Three days have passed and still has not been fixed. I am particularly concerned because exposed hole is right next to the sideway and therefore poses a serious safety hazard. Can you please help escalate to priority repair please. Call center representatives are polite but I don’t think they fully appreciate the potential gravity of the situation. Thank you.

Thank you. Contacted Verizon via Twitter. Logged ticket. Took a few days — general fios guys don’t have replacement part on this. So another ticket created for a specialized crew thy does. In the end everything got resolved.
