Hi everyone,
I currently have a sweet promotion on a triple package deal with 75/35 fios that I'm happy with. Im moving next month to a residence that does offer fios, but unfortunately, I can't carry over my package deal (can't think of any good reason why). So I was offered to either enter a completely new contract under different terms, or pay ETF.
So now I will be entering a contract with downgraded fios (50/25 mbps) but higher charges + ANOTHER activation charge. Does anyone know if I can cancel within 30 days of entering new contract without incurring any ETF? I know that I will not incur any ETF from cancelling the new contract, but its the old contract that I'm wondering about. I don't know if the old contract would be null and void once the new one kicks in.
