Help with EZ PAY please?

I need to setup a way to pay for my email forwarding domain name hosted by a Verizon entity. They can only be paid through EZ PAY, but I cannot seem to get into same without intervention by greater authority.

I do not have any services from Verizon other than the aforementioned email forwarding domain name hosting.

Please help me find a way to pay my bill.

There has to be a way. Billing Services has struck out now three times. Wits end, here I come!

did you ever get this resolved?  I am having exactly the same issue.  EZPay does not work.  Cant even register for an account to pay my bill.  Website is pretty much unusable.
