How do I file a damage claim for damage caused by a low hanging wire?

I need to file a claim for damage to my motorhome roof antenna caused by a low hanging wire across the road from pole to pole. The wire ripped the HD TV antenna off the roof of the motorhome. The incident occurred on Washington Pike in South Fayette Township on 5/3. A police report was filed and the wire was identified by South Fayette police as belonging to Verizon.
